Hi,

Would you please help me to write a formula to calculate grades?

Ex: 100 - 90 = A
89 - 80 = B
79 - 70 = C
69 - 60 = D
59 and below = F

Create a table in A2:B6 that looks like this:

89......B
79.....C
69.....D
59.....F

Assuming your score to check is in A10, formula is:

=INDEX($B$2:$B$6,MATCH(A10,$A$2:$A$6,-1))

=IF(B2>=90,"A",IF(B2>=80,"B",IF(B2>=70,"C",IF(B2>=60,"D","E"))))
