Grammar check not picking up phrase as incorrect

We recently upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007. One of our associates
send me an example where the grammar check is not picking up on a mistyped
phrase in his letter. Although all options have been turned on, I am assuming
this may be a limitation of the grammar check. Here is the example:

Please submit the enclosed forms at you earliest convenience.

Is there something that I am missing in a setting, or is this a logical
mistake that it will overlook?

Testing here yields the same result [or lack of result] in Word 2008, but
this isn't the only instance where software grammar checking falls short...
There's no substitute for good old fashioned proof-reading :) Automation
makes our job easier, it isn't an infallible substitute for the real thing.
