Grammar Check

I receive to error messages when I use Grammar Check in Microsoft Word.

"cannot find grammar file msgr??32.dll for"

and

"cannot find spelling file MSSpell3.dll or mssp232.dll for"

How can I correct these error message and stop them from re-occuring?
