grammar checker error

Wen I press F7 for speeling correction I get this error
<There was an unexpected error in the grammar checker.
Word cannot complete the grammar check>.
I tried the repair function but still does not work. Also
in the knowledge database I found something the article
268072 that refers to German but the causes do not match
mine and there is no solution given anyway.
Could someone help?
