Grammar dictionary?

Is there a grammar dictionary or file that can be edited to add new verbs,
nouns, etc., and delete ones that you do not want grammar checker to check?
We have a user who is a writer and actually uses the grammar checker, but
doesn't like it because it does not recognize "partner" (for example) as a
verb. She could just uncheck the Fragments and Run-ons option in the Grammar
Settings, but I thought there might be a file like the Custom Dictionary that
she could edit so that the grammar checker will eventually use her style of
writing as she adds to it and modifies it.

There is nothing like this that is part of Office or Word. Possibly, there is a
third-party (non-Microsoft) tool that could offer such functionality. You could
