Grammatical errors not being caught

We currently are using Office 2003 Professional. We have had some issues with
grammar check not catching all grammatical errors.
An example of a sentence not caught is:

I will just send her a personal note just to introduce myself, and let her
know how much was appreciate her support.

Grammatically this sentence is wrong but the error was not picked up. We
have had other instances like this happen.

Hi Keiermann,

You may want to also post this in the Word Spelling and Grammar discussion group as well through the link below.

The grammar checker in Word was never intended to catch 'all' possible problems, but it does catch a number of them <g> and setting
your options for Grammar and Style vs just Grammar check will sometimes frustrate more than feels helpful. It's an aid for writing
and discovery, but it can't be relied upon as a substitute for proof reading :)
