Does anyone know if there is a grammer check option or
dowload that allows for legal writing?

Law firm stuff. Word hates the law.

Your searches might be more fruitful if you checked your spelling first. You
can configure Word's grammAr checking to taste, including for legal
'writing' (an oxymoron if there was one).
