Hi,

We are looking if we can use Outlook for e-mail and calender functions.
Is it possible to give a group of users access to a calender? Or must i specify each user?
So for example : can i put user1, user3 and user5 in one group and give them access to my calender?

Can the admin arrange a default access to a calender or must it be done by the user.

Thanks,

You can do all of that, but you'll need an Exchange server to do it easily.

Otherwise you might check Slipstick (http://www.slipstick.com) for a list
of useful utilities that might make it work (though not as easily or elegantly).
