Graph/Data

Version: 2008 Hello,

I am trying to update an existing graph with 2010 data.

The pre-existing data is automatically connected to update the graph in another tab in the workbook.

How can I make columns in the existing graph for my new 2010 data?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hayley

typically you can select the "2010 data" region and drag it onto the
existing graph. However, you haven't stated what sort of graph you've
got. Do you want to plot a new line (or set of points) with the 2010
data, or just an additional bar to the right of all the bars already
there?
Or something else?

Thanks - this sounds good :)

I would be looking at adding a bar to the left of the previous bars.

Let me know if dragging will work...

The other bars have automatically updated with data input after being set up - I'm hoping to do that too.

Thanks so much :)
