Graph Feature is reinstalled each time I open graph on existing database

I have recently updated my Office suite to Office XP Pro Developer. After
the upgrade every time I open a database form with a graph MS office
installs the graph feature. It has done this numerous times. Once
installed it works normally until I close the program and then the whole
process starts over again.

In the Reference list I have Microsoft Graph 10.0 Object library checked.

When I had MS Office 2000 Pro the graph just showed up with no problem each
time I opened the form.

Can anyone advise me on how to get this to work properly.
