I have created a database that tracks sales prices of homes in various
developments in my area, going back eight years. Ideally, I would like to
be able to insert an 'micrograph,' like you see with stock reports, that
gives a quick visual as to the performance of each development. I cannot
find such an add-in anywhere and searches on-line for graphing softward ends
up taking me away from Access altogether. First questions - does anyone
know of such an add-in?
Second question - for development summary reports I'd like to be able to
insert a larger, more complicated graph. I have tried using the insert
graph wizzard - and I have to tell you, this looks like an area Microsoft has
not looked at in a decade. I cannot make it work. Even after linking to a
queary and assigning control fields to the graph, once inserted, I get the
same development shown on every graph throughout the report; it does not
change as the development changes. Worse, even though I have dates for the X
parameter, I cannot get dates to show. And the idea of getting a more
complicated graph has me stumped. Is there any other software available that
would plug in to Access, that would produce graphs inside Access reports in a
more efficient and user-friendly manner?
Thanks for your help!!!!
