Graph is displayed incorrectly

When I insert some Excel graph to Word 2003 application, it is correctly
displayed only in the edit mode. When I click somewhere beside, it is
completly stretch! And in properties dialog of this graph is still 116%
height and 139% width and I can not change it! (it is not disabled, but it
still returns to these values),

And everything works correctly until now. I've reinstalled word and Excel
and it still does not work!
I am getting desperate
