Graph labels say January when I am using February data/headings

I am comparing data from February of different years in a bar graph. I am
selecting the Feb data and headings only, but the completed chart labels say
January??? I am also unable to arrow from cell to cell, I can only tab,
shift-tab, and enter to move around using the keyboard. Is my application
suffering from corrupt files??
