Graph Options > Modify Color in PPT 2002/XP

In PPT 2002/XP MS Graph, I used to go to Tools > Options > Graph Options >
Color: Modify to set an entire palette of colors in addition to the 7 scheme
colors. Where do I find that ability in PPT 2007 (she asks, with fingers
crossed...)?
