Graph problem!

Right, this is a complicated matter.

I have to input the amount of Kilometers a person has run into an excel
table. Then I have to create a graph based on that particular table. The
problem is that when I add NEW data to the table, the graph is not
automatically updated. I have to go to the options of the graph first to
adjust the range. Is there any way to automatically update the graph?
