Graph with hover over values

Is there a way to paste a graph (preferably a linked graph that can be
updated every few months) from Excel to Word where when the mouse hovers over
the graph you get the x and y values appearing (like they do in excel)? I
know I can paste a link to the source spreadsheet, but the recipients of the
word document won't be recieving the source spreadsheet.
