I am using Word 2003 basic edition. Recently, the graphic image in the
header shows blank in a border with the normal screen view. However, I can
see the image in the print preview or copy the graphic to the new page. Will
someone tell me how to fix this problem?

If you do, in fact, mean Normal View that's as it should be. Graphic objects
don't display in Normal View - but then, again, Headers & Footers aren't
displayed in Normal View in the first place :) OTOH, if you actually mean
Print Layout View the most likely cause is that you have Picture
Placeholders checked in Tools> Options - View and/or the box for Drawings
[sme dialog] is *not* checked... It depends on the Text Wrapping as to which
is the culprit. Adjust the checks & you should be fine.

However, this is the Mac Word newsgroup, so if you need further assistance
it would be to your advantage to use one of the PC Word groups from here:

Thanks, Bob. Your reply does not fix my problem though. I will post my
question to PC group as you suggested.
