A document created (by someone else) in MS Word for the PC (Windows) with
our company logo embedded in it caused our client MS WORD (PC) to crash when
attempting to open it. I can open the document with the logo in Mac Word
2004 - but the logo area is all black -- transparency set correctly, etc.
If I remove the logo and send it to our client - she can open it without a
problem. I can ad my own version of the logo (as a picture) - same thing -
works well.. The client uses MS Word 2003 on her PC>
Obviously it has something to do with the logo. I can't tell what the
format of the original logo picture is - it's solid black on Mac Word 2004.
No way to tell what it is via the properties.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - Rob
