graphic problems

i have ati radeon 9000pro graphic adapter,win 2000pro
os,and xp office
Word.When scrolling text or file in Word, picture starts
corapting with meny small vertical lines(picture starts
bluring )i tryed two last versions of ati radeon9000pro
drivers,even changed version of office(2000 premium)and
same thing happens.please help
