graphical indicator

I'd like to set up a graphical indicator (a stoplight) to indicate the
status of tasks. How can I do that?

Hi DOE,

Mike Glen [MVP] has written a well documented procedure for stop light
indicators at:

He uses them to show cost information but with some modification, the steps
can be used to check for finish variance or pretty much anything else you may
need.
