Graphical Indicators not showing up in Project 2007

Hi there.
I have tried to search for a resolution to this problem, but have been
unsuccessful so far.
My issue is the following:
I have created a Custom Field (Enterprise) for Date Slippage using
[Finish Variance].
The test for the Graphical indicators is this:
Test Value(s) Image
Is greater than or equal to 20d Red stoplight
Is greater than or equal to 10d Yellow stoplight
Is greater than or equal to 0d Green stoplight
Is less than 0d Green smiley face

I have also added it to a view within PWA for Project Centre.
The issue is this, when I add the column with for the Custom Field to
a Project, I get #Error as the data in the cell.

I have Project 2007 with SP1 and Infrastructure update running against
Project Server 2007 SP1 and Infrastructure update.

Any help is appreciated.

If you open a project with the field inserted in a task View and then press
the F9 function key to recalculate the project, do you still see errors?
Let us know.

Have your projects got a baseline?

Can you post the formula ?
