Does anyone know of a commercial or freeware add-in to Visio that will make
electrical engineering logic diagrams (AND, OR, NOR, XOR, NOT gates) then
allow you to name the inputs and outputs, and finally reduce the diagram to a
simple fault logic equation?
I vaguely remember that Visio used to allow you to create netlists from
circuit schematics that could be entered into simulation tools but that that
feature disappeared along with UML support and Nassi-Schneiderman charts.
I want to draw the logic circuit graphically and output the logic equation
textually.
And, yes, I know that this could be programmed in to Visio, and if I had the
time and money I would do it. However, I have neither time nor a lot of
money so I would rather buy a package commercially.
Thanks. Mike M
