Graphical Print

Hi

Just wondering if anyone could suggest how I might be able to print the
gantt chart displayed in PWA under the projects menu. (Basically showing one
bar for each project) or an alternative way of displaying it to enable me to
print it - say in Project Pro. I know I could do a "Print Screen" but this is
not really appropriate.

There is no direct way to print the Gantt Chart in the Project Center page.
However, you can print it in Microsoft Project Professional using this
little trick:

1. Log into PWA
2. Navigate to the Project Center page
3. Select the row header for all projects you wish to print (do not click
the name of any project)
4. Click the Open button

The system will launch Microsoft Project Professional and then create a
temporary master project consisting of all projects you selected as
subprojects. The projects will be collapsed, so that you only see a single
line for each project. Set your level of zoom as desired and print. Hope
