Graphics and printing

Hi All,

Attempting to print a document but it crashes during the
process - usually when a graphic is encountered. I get the
following error message:
ERROR: Limitcheck
Offending Command: imagemask

I recaptured two images and converted them into 21K gifs.
On printing now I only get one of the two images. But when
they are selected the "handles" are different - one is a
box with black squares for resizing etc. The other has
circles for handles and a gren one at the top for rotating
the image. Going to the Format menu they both are listed as
'pictures' - why are they different? Wondering if this is
having an effect on the printing.

Thanks in Advance for your help...gratefully received.

Cheers
Brian

Hi Brian,

I'm guessing you're using Word 2002?
The black handles for sizing appear when the
layout tab for format picture shows 'in line with text'
as the choice. The ability to rotate (white/green handles)
is available when the graphic is set to allow wrapping
of text in that dialog.

How are you inserting the graphics into the Word document?
Have you cleaned up the left over temp files before
restarting Word?
Start=>Search *.tmp;~$*.*
