One of our facilities makes machine manuals for us in word. The manuals
include assembly drawings which I belive are metafiles or vector graphics.
On their end the graphics look fine. When I receive them, on my computer
the graphics look screwd up(they are actually zoomed very close up) big
think lines apear. It's not that the pictues are messed up, I think it's
the compatability with windows XP and older word formats. I can compress
the picture. and it gets resized properly. and all the lines come out the
proper thinkness(like a hair, intead of being like 1/2 inch wide) It
habppens with every picture, its too time consuming to resize every
picture. Is there a setting in windows or word that will open the document
properly?
