Graphics filters

I've got all the graphics filters installed - both on initial setup and today
by manually installing. I had some logos professionally rendered and they
are working on my machine at work, where I run Office 2003 also. However, on
my machine at home, despite loading graphics filters, I still get the
Conversion box and I cannot insert one of these graphics into any Office
programme. Neither can I see them as thumbnails in file explorer. This is
really bugging me ... what is the difference between the machine at work and
this one that is throwing this problem up. I don't have the same problem
with other files, e.g. clipart, graphics downloaded via net, etc. Any ideas?

All graphics? If not, what format is giving you problems?

Hi Mary,

peculiarly, it is only this set of files: formats eps, gif, tif, jpeg.

I can easily insert clipart, picture files from other sources, etc. It's
just this particular set of files, it seems.

Are you using a Media Center Computer?
