Graphics in outlook2007 is enlargen when I use 120dpi setting

hi,
I send a web page as an email.
it is ok when the DPI setting is 96dpi.
but when I changed the DPI setting to large size(120dpi),
the graphics in outlook is enlargened.
it makes the email disordered.
how can I make graphics not be enlargened in outlook2007?
