If you already know how to code the new window link (textual) in Publisher
then this is really an html question and not a Publisher question. (sorry
it's just odd that version and url are posted when not relevant and never
when it is) The text of the link is simply replaced by the html image tag in
order to render a graphic link versus text link. i.e. <img src="..."/>
