graphics macro in table

I'm getting ready to write a couple of macros so that the users can format
screen shots that were obtained with SnagIt. These graphics will be going
into a table.

Is there anything I absolutely should or shouldn't do?

Also, each graphic will have a caption. Should the caption be in the same
row as the grapic or in its own row?

I'm using Word 2003.

The main thing you shouldn't do is edit graphics in Word. It bloats your
file and delivers mediocre results.
