Here is a good one for all of you MVP's out there.
My co-worker created a document with graphics inserted into it (a how-to for
setting up our FTP software).
She goes back to the document the next day and when she opens it the
graphics are gone (when she clicks on where they used to be she can see a
square outline, but no content).
I had her check the placeholder setting and it was set correctly. I then
had her e-mail me the document, and when I opened it, it was fine. We then
went through each and every setting under Tools/Options and made sure both of
our systems were set the same (we are using the same PC with the same image
and same software versions). On a whim, I saved the document as a different
file name and e-mailed it back to her. Whaddaya know, she opens it and
everything is fine.
So, I'm doubting it's a video issue (she didn't re-boot or anything, kept
the same apps open and suddenly she can see it when I do a 'save as' on the
file).
Any ideas?
