I have an end user that can only view graphics if she hits reply or forward,
otherwise the graphic box is empty with the red 'x'. She sends out a lot of
emails containing graphics and sending them is not a problem, everyone
receives them and can view the graphics. But if she goes to her 'Sent Items'
the graphic in the message has the red 'x' in the graphic box, if she clicks
'Forward' or 'Reply' the graphic is there. When emails are sent to her with
graphics in them she can't view them and must click 'Forward' or 'Reply' to
view them.
I have recreated her Outlook profile, uninstalled and reinstalled Office.
Has anyone ever seen this before or know how to fix it?
Thank you,
Laura
