I am creating an email signature for company-wide use in Outlook 2003.
Here is what I am doing.
Once in Word from the Advanced Edit option, I insert my graphic which is a
3D rectangle with our company logo within it.
I format this graphic to be "behind text", and have left/top alignment to
the margin.
I then create a table to input the text for the signature.
I set the table up to appear over my graphic (so essentially the end
signature appears like a business card, the text aligned evenly to the right
and bottom border of the rectangle).
My problem occurs when I send an email using this signature. When I am
composing my message, the signature looks fine. It looks exactly as it did
when I was creating it in Word.
When the email is received, either the graphic, or the text, has shifted
left or right.
What is causing this and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks!
