Graphics won't appear in Word 2000, but will appear in Word 2003

I have an issue where a graphic has disappeared in a Word 2000 document, and
a square box with a red x appears instead. However, when the document is
viewed in Word 2003, the graphics appear correctly.

I have several users who only have access to Word 2000 and need to see this
graphic in Word 2000.

Any ideas?
