Has anyone seen this error message when installing Visio Beta 2? I have
searched this list as well as live and don't get any hits.

I use Visio a lot and would like to test it with several of my drawings.

This is one of the known issues which is documented in this hyperlink:

The issue is due to the installation of Visio 2007 Beta2 after installing
Office B2TR1. In order to workaround the issue, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall all Office2007 applications. If you face any issues in
uninstallation, use "MSI Cleanup Utility" [
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=290301 ] and uninstall all
Office 2007 Beta applications [Office, Visio, etc].

2. After a system restart, clear %temp% folder; install Office 2007 Beta2

3. Then install Visio 2007 Beta2 [and any other B2 products that you
require]

4. After completing Beta2 installations, perform a system restart.

5. Then install Beta2TR versions of Office2007 , Visio2007 and other
applications.

Thanks for the help! I will follow the procedure you outlined. By the
way... This is the ONLY problem I have encountered thus far! Thanks for all
