Graphing/Referencing Data Against Nomogram

I am not a math or statistics able person. I have an hour specific nomogram
ranking values into percentiles over a 120 hour period. Can anyone offer me
guidence on how to set this up so that I can compare and flag my data into
the percentile ranking of the nomogram? Thank you.
