I'm looking for a graphing solution for tracking Pay Per Click keywor
results to make it easier to help predict the best keyword/position a
a certain time. The coordinates should be the position of each keywor
and how much it made in that position. So if I put a keyword int
position 1 for a week, then position 2 the next week, and position
the week after that etc., after a few months I should be able t
compare the weekly graphs to make an educated guess at what positio
that keyword performs best at. This would also be handy for holidays
I could check last years graphs to see what the best keywords were an
what the best position was for each keyword.
All of the results for every keyword are stored in a Microsoft Acces
database weekly. Currently I have to query the database to see th
current results but we're dealing with thousands of keywords so it'
impossible to sort through the data to make predictions.
In Access, I tried running charts based on queries but the charts ar
only readable when 3 or so keywords are returned. Charts with more tha
3 or 4 keywords just show a bunch of lines, it's impossible to tell th
keywords apart. So I'm guessing Excel charts may be the best way to go
although I dont know the best way to go about a task like this i
Excel. I'm open to purchasing plugins for this type of thing if they'r
available, otherwise I would appreciate any other tips or suggestion
to get started on a system of my own.
