Graphs print out with background

Hello again

I have created a template with several slides with charts on them, on a
coloured background. On screen the charts, which have no background fill,
just show the background behind them, but when I print them out, the charts
have their own background a few shades lighter than the slide background.

I have checked to see if there is a shadow or transparency (there aren¹t)
and double checked that the chart background is blank (it is).

So what am I missing? How can I get the charts to just print with the slide
background colour behind them?

Thanks for any help

PS I changed the slide background colour because the client changed her mind
after setting up the first chart. The original colour was 30% tint (in Quark
terms) to the 50% tint I am now using. Would the charts now have a residual
memory of the first background colour, even though the background of the
charts is supposedly blank? If so, how can I change the residual memory?

The fun never ends, eh? ;-)

Try this, just as a test. Do it on a copy of your original, mind:

Ungroup one of the charts and print again. Does the b/g still look a bit off?
