Gray Add Button in Build Team from Enterprise box

I have a colleague who is unable to Build a Team from Enterprise. When she
opens the box, the resources on the left are visible, but grayed out. Also,
the Add button is grayed out. Is there a reason as to why? Thanks!

The Build Team on Project Permission must be allowed.

A person with Adminiistrtor level permissions will need to set this.
It could be in more than one place (Server Configuration, in a Group,
on the User ID {hopefuly not} or even a Category Permission in
Security).

Your colleaue should just ask an Administrator. If he/she can't find
the problem, they could try the View Effective Rights Utility

The only explanation I can think of for this behavior is that the user does
not have permission to add resources to a project. Ask your Project Server
administrator to confirm that the user is a member of the Project Managers
group and that he/she (the Project Server administrator) has not made
changes to the default permissions in Project Server to either the Project
Managers group or the My Projects category. If your Project Server
administrator has made changes to either, the changes may be preventing your
user from adding enterprise resources to an enterprise project. Hope this

Thanks to you both. I took a look at the permissions and some of them had
been altered from the delivered. The problem has been resolved. Thanks for
