Hello,
MS Word documents, both new and those created previously, suddenly began
displaying gray brackets at the top and bottom of every page. They are gray
as in "grayed out", so I cannot select them or move them. This is what they
look like:

|
|_____
The one above appears at the top right of the page. They flip so that they
are oriented differently depending on the page corner.
I also noticed that I have an extra tab when I select "Format", "Paragraph",
for Asian Typography. Both the brackets and the new tab appeared this week,
although I'm not sure if the two are related.
The brackets do not print. They also move if I adjust the page margins.
Any idea why they would begin showing up, and how I can get rid of them?
Thanks,
Tom
