Gray-out rows in a drop-down menue

Usually means you have no access at that time BUT without some specifics
(you might want to use this big white space for that) not sure if you think
you're suppose to have access to them.

Also note that this forum is for getting help with Microsoft Access, is that
the software you are using? I can't tell by the subject.
