My issue is this, I have a variety of Project files that I work on.
Sometimes when I send out a Project file via Outlook, the person receiving
the file only sees a gray screen when they open the file. Occasionally I can
only see a gray screen when I open my file even if I did not send it via
Outlook. MS Project opens normally, but the tasks and gant chart do not
appear. That part of the screen is gray.
Odd thing is, that if they leave the gray screen open and then open a
different file which they know works properly, then their file opens and it
causes my file to then become visible.
As far as I can see, there isn't a coruption in the data, and the data isn't
being stripped. The file just comes up gray until a working file "joggs" it
into visibility.
Anyone have any ideas on this one?
