gray shading in calendar print-out

Melissa

I am using Outlook 2003.
I am trying to get the gray shading to stop printing around the time area.
I discovered in page setup you can uncheck the "print using gray shading"
box, and that does take the shading out of the time area but also out of the
day number bar. How can I get the shading to stay in the day number bar, and
ultimately set it so I don't have to do this each time I want to print out a
calendar.
Thanks

I don't think this option is available with the built-in print styles. You
might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook
calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to
your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with
it. Links to these templates can be found here:

I downloaded it assuming it would work with OL 2003. Now one big
question...how do I utilize it? I dont even know where I should start

Double click on the file (you don't mention which template you chose) and
follow the Wizard if it is the Word template.
