I currently have permission to view and edit my boss's contacts in Outlook
2007. When I was originally editing her contacts I was able to create
categories and edit them. However, now when I go to categorize one of her
contacts all the categories I created are gone and when I go to edit the
list, all the edit options are grayed out and I can't make any changes.
However, she hasn't changed any of her permissions.
When I go to my own contact list, all the categories I created are available
and editable.
Any and all advice would be much welcome.
