I am running MS Office 2004 for Mac on OS X 10.4.8.
Where can I download Greek Spell Check & Grammar?

You can't. You have to buy a Greek version of the software.

I think you will need to run the Windows version of Word to get Greek
language support.

Yep, there is no Mac Greek version (or a Greek version of the spell
checker) :-\
