Green if Good, Red if Bad (Total)

Dave,

Have a look at "conditional formatting". With your report
in design view and the control selected go to
Format|Conditional formatting and you can set a condition
that will change the colour/underline/boldness/font etc if
true.

(even if all you want is to change it from red to another
shade of red.)
