Green triangle in top left of subreport

I have a report with 6 subreports, one subreport has a small agreen triangle
in top left. I know this means 'something is wrong', but what? The subreport
runs and works fine. I do get prompted for two variables when I run the
report but I have no idea where they are being referenced. I have checked
everything I can think of and cannot find them. Anyone got any clues?

Regarding the variables, make a copy of the report and start removing stuff
until the prompts go away. I would first check the sorting and grouping
dialogs.
