Greeting Card bottom cut off

Using HP Business Inkjet 2300 to print and Windows XP. Bottom of pages 1 and
4 of quarter-fold greeting card is cut off. Cannot figure out how to fix it.
Where specifically do I need to make adjustments?

Tried the WordPad method and got left .25, right .25, top .25, and bottom .5.
Found minimum margins in printer user guide that said left .25, top .25, top
..12, and bottom .5.

I went to Arrange, Layout Guides, Margin Guides, and typed the values for
both of these findings. Neither set worked. The bottom is still cut off.
Anything else to try?

When you do a folded card. determine your largest margin, which in your case is
..5. In the arrange menu, type .5 for all four sides, this will center your
creation. Pages 1 and 4 are printed on the bottom of the sheet. If you don't
want the margins to be even, just be sure the bottom is .5.
