greeting cards

I just simply want to make a greeting card. I have done this a million time,
but for some reason today when I went to make a greeting card there was no
way to get to page 2, 3, and 4. The little tabs are no longer in the bottom
left corner of the screen. Where did they go and how do I change
pages??????????? Please someone help!!!!
