I have a pps file a Friend sent.
I was able to Open & Play it only Once Now I Can Not?
What Do I Need to Open it Again?
Somehow I get it to Open In Openoffice.org Because it Became My Default?

I do Not Know What to do to Open Such File?

Assuming a pps file is from PowerPoint, try here:
