greyed out button to reply, forward and create new mail

the button for new, reply, reply all and forward buttons are all greyed out
in ms outlook 2007. any reason why that would happen all of a sudden?

This means your activation grace period or trial period has expired. If you
have purchased a license, activate Outlook via Help-> Activate Product...
